Social Media Manager – Fashion Brand

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to drive the digital presence of a fast‑growing, design‑led fashion brand. You will lead content creation, manage multiple social platforms and shape the brand’s online voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and community growth.
• Create on‑brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Maintain content calendars, posting schedules and oversee campaign rollouts.
• Collaborate with design, creative and marketing teams for product launches and storytelling.
• Identify cultural and platform trends to keep the brand relevant.
• Build and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to optimise future content.

Required profile

• Experience in social media management, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or beauty.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, platform behaviours and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to create short‑form video content (TikTok/Reels).
• Comfortable using analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for fashion, culture and content creation.
