Social Media Manager for Fast‑Growing Boxing Promotion (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive the digital presence of the UAE's fastest‑growing boxing promotion. You will work ringside, in the gym with fighters, and create real‑time content that captures the excitement of the sport.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish daily content for Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and execute platform‑specific strategies to maximise reach and engagement.
• Capture unscripted video of fights, training sessions and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Manage sponsor deliverables and reporting.
• Collaborate with the in‑house content creator and graphic designer while also handling solo tasks quickly.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of boxing culture, personalities and current events.
• Active boxer or trainer – the role is not for passive fans.
• Confident on‑camera presence without a script.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Fast, clean mobile editing skills for Instagram Stories and Reels.
• Strategic mindset for TikTok and YouTube growth.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Fast mobile editing for Instagram Stories and Reels.
