Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of a well‑established lifestyle and hospitality brand in Dubai. The role involves shaping storytelling, driving audience engagement and elevating the brand across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, plan and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate campaigns with internal teams and external agencies.
• Capture and oversee high‑quality visual content that reflects the brand’s identity.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates and industry best practices.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships and community‑engagement initiatives.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to customer interactions promptly.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, launches and seasonal promotions through digital storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years managing social media for hospitality, lifestyle, retail, luxury or consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, content strategy and paid social campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in photography, videography and short‑form content creation is advantageous.
