About the role

Netizency is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead client relationships, manage a team of Social Media Executives, and develop winning strategies across major platforms. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and manage Social Media Executives.
• Develop campaign strategies, content plans, and editorial calendars.
• Monitor trends, adapt them to client content, and generate proactive ideas.
• Produce analytics reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure clear processes for meetings and updates.

Required profile

• 4+ years of social media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage individuals or teams.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Interest in world affairs, pop culture, music, books and movies.
• Ability to work efficiently with AI tools while maintaining original, human‑focused content.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X and YouTube.
• Copywriting and content creation in English.
• Analytics and reporting capabilities.
