Social Media Manager - Travel

About the role

A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering holiday experiences worldwide is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager. The salary is inclusive and depends on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and automate high-performing social media content (posts, reels, campaigns) aligned with travel trends, destinations and seasonal offers.
• Use AI tools to analyse engagement, optimise post timing and personalise content for different traveller personas.
• Build and maintain automated marketing workflows that nurture potential travellers from awareness to booking, integrating CRM and social platforms.
• Use analytics dashboards (native or AI-powered) to measure ROI, engagement and campaign success, and present monthly reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality marketing, with proven success managing social or digital campaigns for travel brands, destinations, airlines, hotels or OTAs.
• Strong understanding of traveller behaviour and seasonal trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI-powered marketing automation tools.
• Preferred: experience with HubSpot, Active Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Mailchimp, including lead-nurture flows, automated content scheduling and CRM integrations.
• Ability to use AI for content ideation, caption generation, sentiment analysis and performance optimisation.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and visual coordination skills.
