Social Media Marketing & Content Creator – Travel Sector

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to shape the digital presence of our travel brand in Dubai. The role combines storytelling, branding, lead generation and performance marketing to attract and engage travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, videos and advertisements that reflect travel experiences.
• Plan and maintain daily and weekly content calendars.
• Run boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads.
• Generate leads through social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions and creative direction.
• Stay updated with trends and turn them into brand opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing reels, TikTok videos, campaigns and content.
• Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create and edit video content.
• Currently based in Dubai and able to meet deadlines.
