Social Media & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to own and grow our brand’s digital presence. You will plan campaigns, produce engaging content, and continuously generate ideas to enhance our brand’s reach across Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand our Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Create concepts for product launches, events, collaborations and brand moments.
• Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social‑first content.
• Shoot, edit, and coordinate photo/video content, including larger shoots.
• Stay current with platform trends and performance metrics.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media advertising.
• Monitor content and ad performance, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Instagram and TikTok.
• Hands‑on content creation, filming and editing abilities.
• Experience with Meta/social media advertising.
• Strong creative and visual judgement.
• Understanding of branding, marketing and campaign planning.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Proactive mindset that generates ideas without waiting for direction.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.
