Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn presence and support integrated digital campaigns. The role will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with Andersen’s brand, tone, and visual identity while amplifying thought‑leadership and event initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage official social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, following global brand guidelines.
• Plan, create, and maintain a structured content calendar that reflects firm priorities and leadership direction.
• Support the planning and execution of digital and social media campaigns for new services, events, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content development, approvals, and execution with internal stakeholders.
• Repurpose approved content into engaging digital formats for social media and campaign use.
• Deliver structured social media amplification for firm events and priority initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to global brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and approval processes.
• Monitor and analyse social media and campaign performance, preparing regular performance reports and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within professional services or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing social media for corporate or professional services brands.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with attention to brand consistency and compliance.
