Social Media Specialist - Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media Specialist to join a renowned luxury fashion boutique in Dubai. The role focuses on building and maintaining a premium digital presence across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories and short‑form videos that align with luxury brand standards.
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Edit and produce high‑quality visual and video content using professional editing tools.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with luxury fashion trends, social media best practices and digital marketing innovations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
