About the role

Al Rayana Charter School is seeking a dedicated Social Studies Teacher who can deliver the curriculum in Arabic for its primary students starting August 2026. The role involves creating engaging lessons that inspire learners to achieve their best outcomes within an American‑based curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver Social Studies lessons in Arabic that cater to the full ability range of the class.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design curriculum‑aligned activities and assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress using the Target Tracker system.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents and carers during conferences and meetings.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy and promote a positive learning environment.
• Work with specialist staff such as speech therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists when required.
• Contribute to the school’s vision of a sustainable, innovative learning community through teamwork and communication.
