Software Sales Manager

About the role

FAIRCODE MIDDLE EAST is looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager to lead its software sales activities across the UAE. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, generating new business, and driving revenue growth for a portfolio that includes ERP, e‑invoicing, CRM, HRMS, POS and other business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including presentations and product demos.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team, monitor performance and report results to management.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience selling software, ERP, SaaS or IT solutions, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and enterprise software solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
