Sourcing Lead

About the role

EliteUSA, a luxury concierge and sourcing business, is looking for a Sourcing Lead to strengthen and organise its sourcing function across the U.S. and Europe. The role is based in Dubai and will collaborate closely with regional sourcing teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and expand EliteUSA’s vendor network in the U.S. and Europe.
• Identify gaps in vendor relationships and work with regional teams to fill them.
• Maintain a clear view of key vendors, their fees, terms and capabilities.
• Review sourcing costs, improve commercial terms and enhance margins.
• Set guidelines for vendor selection, pricing, fees and approvals.
• Track sourcing performance, resolve bottlenecks and support high‑priority escalations.
• Evaluate new vendors and sourcing channels, ensuring documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Logistics to improve handoffs and communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, buying or vendor management, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Good commercial judgement and understanding of sourcing economics.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable working across different countries and time zones.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
