About the role

Join the prestigious St. Regis Downtown Dubai as a Spa Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a memorable spa experience. You will work in a dynamic, luxury‑focused environment, supporting daily spa operations and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the spa booking system.
• Answer guest inquiries about treatments, pricing, and facilities.
• Check‑in guests, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all spa materials are stocked.
• Assist with light physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with help), and arranging supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
