Spa Therapist (Female)

About the role

We are seeking a female Spa Therapist to join the St. Regis Dubai spa team, delivering high‑quality massage and body treatments to our guests. The role involves assessing client needs, ensuring safety, and promoting the spa’s services and retail products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage services and body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, following guest contraindication checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, sterilizing tools and handling linens according to hygiene standards.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, monitor treatment duration, and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the session.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail offerings, and handle inappropriate guest behavior per Marriott policies.

Required profile

• State or regional massage license.
• Technical, trade or vocational school degree related to massage or body therapy.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Female therapist (as specified).

Required skills

• Massage therapy techniques.
• Body treatment methods including scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
