Spanish Speaking Demi Chef De Partie for Cloud Kitchen

About the role

Join a leading restaurant group in Dubai as a Spanish‑speaking Demi Chef de Partie, supporting their award‑winning cloud kitchen operations. You will work with a team that prepares continental dishes for multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock work stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces.
• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high‑quality output.
• Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef and maintain clean work areas.
• Manage inventory, handle leftovers, and comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in continental cuisine, preferably as a Demi Chef de Partie, restaurant cook or prep cook.
• Basic culinary education (culinary school diploma).
• Good command of English for kitchen communication.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques for continental dishes.
• Knowledge of continental sauces, ingredients and kitchen equipment.

What we offer

• Basic monthly salary AED 2,800‑3,600 (depending on experience).
• Food allowance AED 375, service charge allowance AED 250‑450, credit‑card tips AED 600, plus cash tips.
