Special Educator

About the role

The Dubai Autism Center seeks a dedicated Special Educator to deliver tailored education to children on the autism spectrum. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's developmental and educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support to children with autism.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student.
• Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss progress and adjust priorities.
• Plan, write, and evaluate daily and weekly lesson plans in the prescribed format.
• Collaborate daily with psychologists, therapists, and the head teacher to monitor student progress and address concerns.

Required profile

• Male candidates, preferably Arabic speaking.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in the special‑needs sector.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
