About the role
The Dubai Autism Center seeks a dedicated Special Educator to deliver tailored education to children on the autism spectrum. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's developmental and educational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and support to children with autism.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student.
- Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss progress and adjust priorities.
- Plan, write, and evaluate daily and weekly lesson plans in the prescribed format.
- Collaborate daily with psychologists, therapists, and the head teacher to monitor student progress and address concerns.
Required profile
- Male candidates, preferably Arabic speaking.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in the special‑needs sector.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
