Specialist – Business Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist – Business Planning to lead the development and coordination of the Asset’s five‑year Business Plan, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Group’s corporate mission and vision. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate short‑, medium‑ and long‑term work programmes and support the annual budgeting process.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the creation of the Asset’s 5‑Year Business Plan, including resource allocation, production forecasts and operating margin targets.
• Facilitate integrated asset meetings and communication forums to align stakeholder work programmes.
• Lead the annual budget cycle, securing CAPEX and OPEX funding for work programmes.
• Review self‑audit findings and integrate corrective action plans into the Asset’s schedule.
• Conduct business and economic evaluations for short‑ and long‑term projects to support optimal decision‑making.
• Prepare and obtain Investment Committee approvals for major project investments in line with the Investment Governance Framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business planning and asset management within the oil & gas or related industrial sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate economic scenarios and project outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
