Specialist – Contracts & Commercial (EPC / FEED / PMC)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Contracts & Commercial Specialist to lead contract administration, tendering, and commercial support across EPC, FEED, and PMC projects. The role involves close client interaction and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure contractual compliance and project success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer EPC, FEED, PMC, and consultancy contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and project milestones.
• Lead pre‑award activities, including tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
• Handle contract variations, change orders, claims, and extensions of time, providing analysis and dispute support.
• Provide commercial support during execution, including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Act as primary client contact for contractual matters and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts and commercial management within EPC/FEED/PMC environments.
• Proven client‑facing experience and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
