Specialist Contracts Engineer

About the role

The Specialist Contracts Engineer will lead contract administration for EPC and FEED phases, ensuring compliance with HSSE goals, contractual obligations, and project objectives within major oil & gas or petrochemical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and enforce company policies throughout contract execution.
• Review, comment, and manage EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements, and change orders.
• Coordinate kick‑off meetings, administer contract administration processes, and monitor insurance compliance and performance guarantees.
• Prepare and issue monthly contract administration reports for both subcontractors and the owner.
• Manage project risks, claims, variations, and ensure proper contract close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, including at least 5 years in a similar senior contract role on mega projects.
• Proven FEED and EPC contract administration experience, with PMC exposure.
• At least 5 years experience on offshore projects and prior ADNOC experience.
