Specialist, Corporate Excellence

About the role

The Specialist, Corporate Excellence will drive the development and implementation of quality culture and business excellence models across Al Dhafra Petroleum and Al Yasat Petroleum. The role supports leadership in enhancing employee engagement, culture transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality and corporate excellence systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and company strategy.
• Identify, prioritize and lead improvement projects using data‑driven techniques to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyse stakeholder feedback, benchmark against peers, and produce reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support budgeting, policy implementation and compliance with HSE, sustainability and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 12‑15 years of experience in quality management systems, corporate culture, employee engagement, change management or management consulting.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and business excellence frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis, performance measurement and reporting.
• Ability to design and implement process improvement tools and techniques.
