Specialist Neurosurgeon – Full-Time

About the role

Fakeeh University Hospital is seeking a Specialist Neurosurgeon to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves supporting trauma on‑calls, delivering inpatient care, and managing outpatient services within a high‑volume tertiary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Consultant Neurosurgeon with trauma and emergency on‑call duties.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage neurosurgical emergencies and trauma cases.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including pre‑ and post‑operative management.
• Conduct routine OPD consultations and follow‑up for neurosurgical patients.
• Support surgical procedures and deliver peri‑operative assistance as required.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical discussions to ensure patient safety and high standards of care.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a recognized specialist qualification in Neurosurgery.
• Eligibility for DHA Specialist licensing.
• Relevant post‑specialty experience as a Neurosurgeon.
• Proven experience in a busy hospital setting with exposure to emergency and trauma cases.
• Ability to work independently in routine OPD consultations.
