Specialist Performance and Order Management

About the role

The Specialist Performance and Order Management will lead the development and optimisation of the Work Order Management System, driving operational efficiency and supporting business performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the Work Order Management System, ensuring reliable integration and reporting for supplier and vendor management.
• Validate Purchase Requests, create Purchase Orders, and coordinate with Procurement, Finance and Project Delivery teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Review Project Acceptance Certificates and Bills of Quantity to support accurate GSRN processing.
• Manage material Move Order requests and coordinate warehouse supplies for project delivery.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, highlighting variances and risks against targets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, financial controls and governance standards while maintaining accurate project records.
• Provide end‑to‑end support and issue resolution for teams and vendors on PR, PO, GSRN and procurement matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in the telecom/IT sector.
• Proven experience with ERP and project management systems such as Oracle, Jira and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
