Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Specialist to generate revenue by selling sponsorship and exhibition packages for B2B conferences, exhibitions and industry events. The role is focused on high‑performance telesales and business development, targeting senior decision‑makers across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients within assigned markets and build a strong pipeline.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails and other outreach to generate new business.
• Sell and negotiate sponsorship and exhibition packages with senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for each event.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team while working independently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events, exhibitions, sponsorship or conference sales.
• Strong B2B telesales and business development background.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision‑makers and close deals.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working with limited supervision.
• Willingness to be trained and continuously develop skills.
