Sponsorship Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sponsorship Manager to lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies across our global portfolio. The role is fully remote and reports to the Commercial leadership team, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Finance to maximise brand visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sponsorship strategies aligned with commercial and marketing objectives.
• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities across events, digital platforms, and community initiatives.
• Develop annual sponsorship plans, revenue targets, and pipeline management.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to inform proposals.
• Create customised partnership packages, rate cards, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate agreements, manage sponsor relationships, and ensure activation delivers measurable value.
• Track performance metrics, reporting and financial reconciliation of sponsorship deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in sponsorship management or related fields.
• Proven ability to acquire and retain strategic partners.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
