About the role
Discovery Dunes Golf Club is seeking an energetic Sports Park Specialist to support members and guests across its Padel, Tennis, Pickleball, Soccer and Cricket facilities. The role is hands‑on, focused on delivering a memorable outdoor sports experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations of all sports facilities, preparing courts, fields and equipment.
- Assist with lessons, clinics, social games, tournaments and special events.
- Welcome members, ensuring a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
- Maintain safety, organization and readiness of all equipment and playing areas.
- Collaborate with other club teams to ensure smooth overall operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports, recreation, leisure or hospitality environments.
- Experience with multiple sports, especially Padel, Tennis, Pickleball, Soccer or Cricket.
- Strong communication and member‑service skills.
- Proactive, hands‑on, team‑oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
