About the role
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Medical‑Surgical Ward team in Ajman. The position involves delivering comprehensive patient care across a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
Key responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment.
- Provide physical and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the recovery process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Qualified nursing professional with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Registered nurse status and appropriate licensing for the United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with diverse healthcare professionals.
