About the role

Adecco Middle East is seeking a seasoned Staffing Technology Recruiter to support a prestigious client in the UAE. The role focuses exclusively on sourcing and placing high‑demand technology talent across cybersecurity, cloud, artificial intelligence, data, and enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding, and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Utilise multiple channels—including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and industry events—to attract candidates.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to evaluate technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and nurture a robust talent pipeline, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Prepare periodic recruitment reports, analyse key metrics, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales teams and external clients to align talent acquisition with business needs.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience in digital and technology recruitment.
• Minimum 3 years recruiting within the Middle East market.
• Proven track record of delivering niche technology talent in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and data analytics.
• Immediate availability and local talent preferred.
• Not an HR, onboarding, or general recruitment coordination role.
