Steel Foreman - High-Rise & Residential Projects

About the role

A leading contracting company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Steel Foreman to supervise and manage steel fixing and reinforcement work on its high-rise building, villa and residential projects. The role covers site coordination and supervision of steel fixing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily steel fixing and reinforcement activities at site
• Read and interpret structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement details
• Allocate tasks and manage steel fixers and workers
• Ensure reinforcement works follow approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor steel installation, cutting, bending and fixing
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
• Check placement, spacing, cover and alignment of reinforcement steel
• Carry out quality checks, report site issues and monitor productivity and material usage
• Maintain daily progress updates and ensure safety compliance

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Steel Foreman
• Experience in high-rise, residential and villa projects preferred
• UAE construction experience is an advantage
• Good communication and site coordination skills
