Steel Sales Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑established steel trading company operating in the UAE for nearly a decade, is looking for a Steel Sales Manager to lead the sales of medium and heavy steel plate products. The role focuses on expanding market share within the UAE and supporting regional growth across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for medium and heavy steel plate products throughout the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
• Support regional business development initiatives in other Middle East markets where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in steel plate products (medium and heavy plates).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the UAE market.
• 5–8 years of overall experience in the steel industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in other Middle East markets is a plus.
