Steward – Kitchen & Dining Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Steward to join our kitchen and dining team in Dubai. You will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment for food preparation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assist with food preparation and storage while adhering to hygiene standards.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen zones tidy and compliant with safety and health regulations.
• Support stock organization, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Set up and clean dining areas for special events and daily operations.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge.
