Stewarding Supervisor - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel. The role oversees the stewarding department, ensuring kitchen and banquet areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while supporting food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations across all kitchen and banquet areas.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of stewards to uphold hotel standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement.
• Coordinate with kitchen and food service teams for timely operations.
• Implement waste management and recycling programs.
• Prepare reports on stewarding activities for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stewarding supervision, preferably in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
