Stock Assistant

About the role

Join Ounass as a Stock Assistant, supporting the accurate handling and movement of luxury products in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will work closely with warehouse, operations and retail teams to ensure stock is organised, available and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, check stock against delivery notes and purchase records, and report any discrepancies.
• Label, scan and record stock using the relevant systems, and store products safely in designated locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for transfers, customer orders or other operational needs.
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks and investigations into discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, tidy and organised stockrooms while following health, safety and security procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, retail or inventory role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or inventory systems and willing to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts, including weekends or public holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and move stock for extended periods and safely lift items.
