About the role
DuoZouLu is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead retail operations across the UAE. The role focuses on managing daily store activities, driving sales performance, leading teams, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Monitor store standards and maintain an efficient working environment
- Support retail operations across different store locations when required
Required profile
- Strong retail management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Positive attitude with a hands‑on approach
- Flexibility to support stores across the region
- Knowledge of retail store management, sales performance, KPI management, team leadership, and customer service
