Store Manager

About the role

Minimalist, a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather goods, is hiring a Store Manager for one of its stores across the UAE. The manager oversees store operations and teams while staying close to customers, following the credo of building relationships rather than just selling.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily store operations, including opening and closing, staffing and floor supervision
• Own daily, weekly and monthly sales results and actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, ATV and UPT
• Ensure stock availability, correct pricing and accurate stock handling, and control stock movement, counts and documentation
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising and presentation, and enforce strong loss prevention practices
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies
• Lead customer experience on the floor, handle VIP clients and complex situations, and follow up on customer feedback
• Manage the team daily, set priorities, hold performance check-ins and create a positive, high-energy environment
• Ensure new joiners complete onboarding, support product updates and selling guidelines, and flag training needs to the Retail Manager

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing retail stores in the UAE in luxury, watches or jewelry
• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar
• Ideally a certification in sales, management or project management from an accredited provider
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic
