Store Manager – Premium Fashion Retail (Dubai)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a premium fashion outlet in Dubai, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to regional leadership, you will be responsible for all operational, merchandising and people‑development aspects of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and retain a high‑performing team of managers and associates.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to align on performance targets and store procedures.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the brand’s customer experience through regular assessments and on‑floor support.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, promotions and maintain store cleanliness.
• Achieve or exceed sales, payroll, shrink and conversion targets.
• Control expenses, manage inventory, and enforce loss‑prevention measures.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Strong track record of developing teams and driving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
