Store Manager – Retail Operations Leader

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a fashion retail outlet in Dubai, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, meeting financial targets, and maintaining brand standards. This role blends leadership, organization, and deep market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, achieve KPIs and keep shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sales.
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits; update and communicate store dashboards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee back‑store replenishment.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, security measures, and expense budgets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team; handle performance and conduct issues.
• Communicate with mall management, corporate office, and senior leadership on performance and challenges.
• Identify learning gaps, deliver training, and build a pipeline of future store managers.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role.
• Proven leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze sales data.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
