Store Manager – Retail – Toys R Us UAE

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Toys R Us retail outlet in the United Arab Emirates, driving sales growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to regional leadership, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, merchandising and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding targets for revenue, payroll, shrink and conversion.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures, manage inventory, stock movements, returns and store maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain high‑quality associates, providing coaching on product knowledge, selling skills and visual merchandising.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to communicate performance, goals and new procedures.
• Ensure consistent, high‑level customer service through regular assessment, coaching and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, meet sales targets and manage store operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
