Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor ensures the highest level of customer service is delivered by the retail team while supporting sales growth. Working closely with the Store Manager, the role covers day‑to‑day store operations and acts as the point of contact in the manager’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimise stock loss.
• Coach retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and maximise sales.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing operating procedures and adhering to company policies.
• Audit store administration regularly and resolve any issues.
• Manage daily rosters, leave requests and staff grievances.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards at all times.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat business.
• Provide feedback on employees and products to the Store Manager or Area Manager.
• Maintain security awareness throughout the store.
• Take full store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.

Required profile

• Fashion‑forward, well‑groomed appearance with strong product knowledge.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Excellent awareness of brand guidelines and ability to suggest products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
