Store Supervisor - Maison Margiela, Al Jimi Mall

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores, is hiring a Store Supervisor for Maison Margiela at Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain. The role is full-time and onsite, reporting to the Head of Retail.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Maison Margiela's values and philosophy in all customer and team interactions, and promote a positive, collaborative environment
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage VIP guest relationships and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, staff grooming and stock replenishment in line with brand guidelines
• Support daily operations: staff scheduling, shop floor coverage, stock movement tracking and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, company policies and health, safety and security standards
• Support store projects, promotions and community events, and use clienteling platforms to strengthen customer relationships

Required profile

• Retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or fragrance
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to sales targets
• Experience in clienteling, VIP relationship management and building long-term loyalty
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management and retail operational standards
• Proactive, hands-on approach, able to work independently and stay informed on market trends and competitors
