About the role
Al Tayer Group is hiring a Store Team Leader to launch SKIMS' first store in Kuwait. The role combines supervision, sales, visual merchandising and cashier duties to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensure high‑level customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Advisors, Visual Merchandisers and Cashiers.
- Maintain visual standards, create impactful displays and ensure the store reflects the SKIMS aesthetic.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, manage the checkout area and support customers at the point of sale.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail role.
- Leadership experience for supervisory positions, with ability to develop team members.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Ability to create visual merchandising concepts.
