About the role

The Strategic Growth Lead – Work Winning is responsible for driving sustainable growth across key client accounts in Dubai. Reporting to senior directors, the role combines market intelligence, growth planning and AI‑enabled insights to identify new opportunities, shape account strategies and lead pursuit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and client priorities.
• Identify, qualify and develop growth opportunities within existing and target accounts, maintaining a visible opportunity pipeline.
• Lead and coordinate strategic pursuits, bids and proposals, creating win themes, value propositions and pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and commercial teams to deliver high‑quality, competitive submissions.
• Prepare account reviews, growth presentations and client briefings, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, client priorities, competitor activity and capture insights to inform account strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account planning, business development and pursuit leadership within professional services or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market and client data into actionable growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
