Strategic Partnerships Executive (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Executive to join Sokin’s growing global Partnerships team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers exposure to the full sales cycle within a high‑growth fintech, focusing on identifying and qualifying potential partners and setting up meetings for senior managers.

Key responsibilities

• Research partner target lists and assess fit against Sokin’s ideal partner profile.
• Map and engage key personas such as Treasury, Finance, Payments and Commercial leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Qualify partner needs and interest, then schedule qualified meetings for the Strategic Partnerships Manager or Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager.
• Prepare briefing notes and background research for each meeting.
• Support the wider sales cycle by handling follow‑ups, coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, qualification status and meetings booked in the CRM.
• Develop a working understanding of the GCC payments landscape, including fintech, banks, e‑commerce, marketplaces, travel and logistics.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong interest in partnerships, sales or business development.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior finance stakeholders.
• Curiosity about the payments and fintech ecosystem in the GCC region.
