Strategist Partner Acquisition

About the role

As a Strategist Partner Acquisition you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating and onboarding high‑quality partners that enable Crucifer Academy to acquire learners, deliver locally, recruit talent and expand market access across priority countries. You will own the end‑to‑end partner pipeline, from qualification through commercial proposals, diligence, onboarding and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Map target partner categories by country, source and qualify candidates.
• Conduct outreach, meetings and assess strategic fit and economics.
• Coordinate diligence, contracting and build partner launch plans.
• Monitor early partner performance and replace under‑performing partners quickly.
• Maintain a qualified partner pipeline and drive conversion to signed agreements.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channels, education services or market expansion.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability.
• Disciplined pipeline management and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Hunter mindset, analytical, persistent and comfortable with targets and rejection.
