Strategy Business Partner (UAE National)

About the role

The Strategy Business Partner will be embedded within a designated vertical of Dubai Future Foundation, acting as the bridge between the vertical’s initiatives and the organisation’s overarching strategy. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the role ensures that projects align with DFF’s moonshot ambitions and are feasible, viable, and strategically sound.

Key responsibilities

• Align vertical projects with DFF’s mission, vision, and strategic moonshots.
• Orchestrate vertical initiatives into the central Strategic PMO portfolio.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and strategy frameworks to assess feasibility and viability.
• Translate corporate strategy into clear, actionable direction for the vertical.
• Provide decision‑ready insights and compelling narratives for senior leadership.
• Facilitate two‑way communication, surfacing vertical needs to corporate and vice‑versa.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong background in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and build stakeholder trust.
• Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Experience in translating high‑level strategy into operational plans.
