Strategy & Transformation Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

A consultancy is hiring a Strategy & Transformation Specialist to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity in the real estate sector. The specialist supports the entity's strategic planning and transformation agenda: developing strategic analysis, turning priorities into clear initiatives and roadmaps, and leading assigned cross-functional priorities through delivery. The role is full-time, based in Abu Dhabi, and open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Support the formulation, refresh and cascading of strategy and operational priorities
• Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking and research to inform priorities and decisions
• Translate government and leadership direction into clear objectives, initiatives and implementation plans
• Develop strategy materials, decision papers and executive presentations
• Lead assigned strategic and transformation initiatives from definition through implementation
• Build implementation roadmaps, milestones, deliverables and ownership arrangements
• Coordinate initiative owners, stakeholders and delivery partners, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies and issues
• Deliver strategic studies, leadership requests and priority deep dives with clear, evidence-based recommendations
• Prepare briefing materials and decision packs for leadership and governance forums, and keep progress updates accurate and timely

Required profile

• 7-12+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, transformation delivery, strategic planning, public-sector advisory or management consulting
• Experience supporting strategy formulation and turning priorities into initiatives and implementation roadmaps
• Proven experience leading cross-functional workstreams and coordinating senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, management or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred
• Experience in government or semi-government, real estate or another regulated sector is preferred; GCC experience is an advantage
