About the role
Join our retail team as a Stylist/Fashion Advisor, providing friendly and professional assistance to customers while driving sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide accurate information on sizes, prices, promotions and use cross‑selling and upselling to maximize sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is correctly displayed.
- Replenish stock, verify pricing and tagging accuracy, and support visual merchandising changes.
- Assist with inventory counts, report damaged or missing items, and support cashiering when authorized.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and follow loss‑prevention and store standards.
Required profile
- Strong product and promotional knowledge with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work towards individual and store sales targets.
- Attention to detail for merchandising, pricing and inventory accuracy.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming, attendance and conduct standards.
