About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts at W Hotels in Dubai create memorable experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire property. The Stylist (Room Attendant) combines housekeeping duties with guest‑service tasks to ensure every space supports a great guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, make beds, and replenish amenities.
- Stock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Clean public areas, corridors, and other hotel spaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking, or sitting.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and compliance with all policies.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Maintain high quality standards and confidentiality.
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
