Supervisor Commissioning – Process & Utility Offshore

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Supervisor Commissioning to lead process and utility commissioning activities on offshore oil and gas facilities, including Wellhead Towers, platforms, subsea pipelines and brownfield modifications in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily commissioning of process and utility systems, ensuring compliance with procedures, schedules and HSE standards.
• Direct technicians, operators, vendors and contractors during start‑up, leak testing, dewatering, pigging and line commissioning.
• Coordinate interface verification between Wellhead Towers and central processing facilities and support pipeline commissioning for subsea developments.
• Monitor progress, report status to the Commissioning Lead, and manage documentation, check‑sheets and client acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore projects, with at least 5 years in commissioning and start‑up.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience on offshore platforms, Wellhead Towers, jackets, topsides and brownfield facilities.
• Previous work on ADNOC offshore projects or PMC/EPC environments is an advantage.
