Supervisor - Maintenance

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with an electrical engineering background to lead facility maintenance activities for critical telecom and data centre environments in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities on site.
• Lead maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and maximum equipment uptime.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for critical electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Monitor site operations, respond to emergencies, and manage equipment failures.
• Review maintenance reports, checklists and service records for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors for repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit‑to‑work, risk assessments and LOTO requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8‑10 years of experience in facility maintenance, telecom facilities, data centres or other mission‑critical environments.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with LV distribution, generators, motor control centres, UPS, battery banks, HVAC, fire alarm and fire‑fighting systems.

• Electrical motors, control circuits, earthing and lightning protection.
• Chillers, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and associated controls.
• Fire alarm and fire‑fighting systems.
• Reading electrical single‑line diagrams and control schematics.
